1General Provisions

• Attempting to hack game software or exploit any bugs.

• Operating an account using funds from a third party.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Ka9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• By court order or for legal reasons.

You can also contact ka9 support at any time to close your account. Any bonus remaining in your balance at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money will be returned through the standard process.
